Large Open Spaces

Stone Hill Meadow is a conservation cluster subdivision. 70 acres of open space (70% of our development!) is to promote an integrated site design that is considerate of natural features and topography of the land. Almost every home will be adjacent to woods, meadows, creek and that stunning view of Macungie Mountain! There will be hundreds of new trees including Red Maples and Tulip Poplars throughout the community. Two Miles of bike and walking trails that take you to adjacent towns and local shopping centers.

This is not our first rodeo with building and we sure saved the best for last!

I’ve worked in home building for 30 years and came to work for Stone Hill Meadows because of the quality construction, attention to detail, multitude of standard features and the beautiful abundant open green space.

I’ve worked for several good home builders over the past 25 years. Stone Hill Meadows, with its 70 acres of open space, is truly one of a kind. Recycling of stormwater, miles of Bike trails, open space, reforestation areas, riparian buffers, and rich native landscaping will make this community a ‘conservation community’ like I’ve never seen before. The quality of construction Long Ridge builds into each home speaks for itself.
